ATLANTA, GA., April 2, 2012 – Atlanta Bonded Warehouse Corporation (ABW) announced that it has signed an agreement with RedPrairie Corporation of Alpharetta, Ga. to license its Warehouse Management System Version 2012.1. The RedPrairie software will be used to support the WMS needs of the existing public operations of ABW as well as future growth.

The RFP and selection process took several months and involved several tier one WMS providers in order for both ABW’s operational and IT teams to fully research which application would best fit both the demand for higher productivity and growing reporting needs. Joe Keith, President of ABW, said, “We are pleased to select RedPrairie as our future WMS platform. Our selection of a tier one provider again shows ABW’s commitment to serve our customers' growing needs for timely information and flawless execution.” The systems transition is expected to begin immediately with completion scheduled in the first half of 2013.
