The Company is engaged in the business of waste water treatment, recycling and disposal with a principal focus on the global oil and gas markets. The Company is focused on management, acquisition and partner relations with developers and operators of technologies, services and solutions for the treatment, recycling and remediation of waste water on an industrial scale. The Company offers access to engineered, custom configured, alternatives to produced and flowback water disposal methods. Through a joint venture agreement with Produced Water Solutions, Inc. (PWS), the Company offers a two-pronged methodology comprised of Mobile Treatment Units (MTUs) and stationary Frac Water Depots (FWDs) as an efficient means to manage the water treatment needs of the Oil and Gas exploration and production (E & P) sector.
