  Gary is a Supply Chain and Continuous Process Improvement consultant with Kerslake & Associates, LLC located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. As a consultant, he has worked with several of our nation’s leading corporations and government agencies. Prior to becoming a consultant, Gary was both a materials manager and plant manager. With his valuable hands-on manufacturing expertise, he is able to give his clients practical solutions to their lean or supply chain process improvement activities. Gary has been both a regional and national speaker for APICS. He has also been presented the prestigious “Award of Excellence” from the U.S. Army Materiel Command for his leadership with their Logistics Modernization Program. 20 years in manufacturing as a Machine Shop Foreman, Materials Manager & Plant Manager. 20 plus years in consulting. Past Consulting Clients: Dell Computer, Northrop Aircraft, Boeing, Coca Cola, Kohler, the Mead Fine Paper Company, Air Products & an assortment of smaller manufacturing and distribution operations.
