Summary:
The mobile technology is helping the Project Management
Industry to improve the controls on the field project, where
there is no connection to the internet.
The need to control the human resources hours and materials
consumption on the field is critical to budget control.
Then this data can be uploaded to the Cloud to be analized
by more specialized tools like software for risk and earned value.

Android Mobile App to control human and materials costs at Activity Level during execution.

This App/Android is on test and beta version.
I want to present it to the community because I have identified
the need of having a tool to control costs during execution and
on the field. Much of the time in project area there are no formal
facilities and no connection to internet. So this App could help to
capture the data rather than wrote it on sheets of paper.

The App features are:
a) Project creation
b) Project s Activities definition.
c) Human Resources normal and extra hours cost per Activity.
d) Materials costs per activity.
e) Number of normal and extra hours used per day.
f) Information of expenses at resource, activity and project level.

The App/Android will be available in Amazon App Store once some minor
details are fixed.
