The Neurologic Wellness Institute (NWI), formerly Illinois Neuro & Physical Rehab, was formed in the summer of 2018. The Neurologic Wellness Institute believes in functional wellness by using proven integrated approaches to help our patients. We have helped thousands of patients from all over the globe. Patients have visited our offices from as far away as Pakistan, Mexico, Australia, Canada, and from 30 different states. Our mission is to raise awareness of functional neurology and our successful results with patients. We are not just helping patients—we are changing lives and giving life back to those who have lost hope chasing treatments that haven’t worked and are still suffering.
